My food was actually still hot and steaming when I opened the box.
I was happy it was tasty, although after reading all the negative reviews I almost didnt order from this place.

They took the extra care to make sure I had some cups with ice since the pop wasnt cold, maybe they ran out of cold ones. I appreciated that. Now a days people are so rude to each other so when someone does something over and beyond, they are good folks in my book.
I, too, am a business owner and I truly felt they put their all into their business. Keep up the good work guys!! I would order again and recommend your business to anyone. Of course it isnt fresh basil or piles of cheese, but it was just perfect. Thank you!!

In 1996, Robert and Lisa Di Diana founded the original Bacci Pizzeria, in a building on Taylor Street, right across from the home where Robert grew up. Since then, Bacci has opened 12 family-owned and operated stores in the Chicagoland and outlying areas. The family expects to open more Pizzarias in the near future. The Jumbo Slice and Free Pop is what Bacci is well known for. The family prides themselves in offering great tasting products, at a reasonable price. In addition, their goal is to form a welcoming relationship with every customer, and in Robert's words "Make them feel like family. " The Sauce, Pizza dough, bread and soups are prepared homemade daily. All of their food is made-to-order; they have expanded their menus to satisfy all of their customers hungry appetites.
